We’re looking for a Technical Architect to join our Engineering team and take ownership for defining and maintaining our architectural roadmap. This is a brand-new role which offers the chance to make a real impact in a growing organisation!

What will you be doing?

As the Technical Architect you will be providing concrete, actionable technical design as we continue our journey towards a containerised microservices platform. Working closely with the product team to ensure that their feature design is accompanied with a coherent technical design. You will be reporting to the CTO and you will be responsible for:

 

  • Defining and maintaining our architectural roadmap
  • Developing an open and extensible architecture that promotes 3rd party integrations
  • Assuring that our software is implemented in accordance with your designs.
  • Mentoring others within Airbox to encourage architectural thinking

 

What do you need?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect who is confident taking ownership of our architecture from day one. We’re therefore looking for an already established Technical Architect, or a Senior Developer who has done considerable architecture projects.

 

  • Microservices, containerisation, and event-driven architecture
  • Swagger, C4model, PlantUML
  • Knowledge of C#/Microsoft stack
  • Agile and engineering best practices
  • Organised and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

As the DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for deploying and managing multiple environments to support rapid, Agile development approaches. Our environment is mixed Linux and Windows, hosted in AWS cloud. You’ll be working with CI/CD principles and containerisation (Kubernetes).

 

What do you need?

For this DevOps Engineer role we’re looking for experience with:

  • Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Comfortable with Linux and ideally also Windows
  • CI/CD

What will you be doing?

As the QA Engineer, you will be joining a supportive team of talented QA Engineers, working to ensure the quality of our suite of software applications.  You will be working closely with our Software Engineers to test their code, documenting issues into a database, and assigning appropriately to the development team, seeing through to resolution. 

The QA Engineer will contribute to both writing and executing test plans, including both new and regression tests. You’ll produce high-quality bug reports, covering description, accurate reproduction steps, and severity. We work in a mixed environment across manual and automated testing, so you will get the chance to work across both.

 

What do you need?

For this QA Engineer position, we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience testing software as a QA Engineer
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing
  • SCRUM/Agile
  • API testing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

In addition to the above, experience with tools like Postman, K6, and Selenium Web Driver would also be beneficial!

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our software team in a newly created position due to growth! Working to support the Product Manager, the Product Owner will be working closely with the internal development team to deliver a suite of web, desktop, and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories, running and setting up sprints, clearing the product backlog, producing documentation, and performing acceptance testing. This is a great role, joining a small but growing team, where you will get a great opportunity to learn and progress your career!  

 

What do you need?

For this Product Owner role, we’re looking for:

  • Experience working within an Agile environment – ideally running sprints yourself
  • Experience writing or working with User Stories
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and working with a development team

 

It would also be beneficial if you had:

  • Previous experience acting as a Product Owner / Product Manager with a software product
  • Requirement gathering, managing product backlog, planning sprints etc.
  • JIRA
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
